Phil Gootee has an extensive background in risk management and finance, currently serving as Managing Director of Power Markets at The Alliance Risk Group, LLC since February 2012. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Credit & Risk Management at Midwest ISO from 2005 to 2010, and as President of Global Credit Services from 1998 to 2010. Phil also worked as a Credit Manager at New York ISO between 2001 and 2005. Phil Gootee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
