Pauline Hastings is an experienced data and integration developer currently employed at Wimbledon since November 2022. Prior to this role, Hastings spent nearly two decades at the University of Surrey, where responsibilities included serving as a senior integration developer focused on migrating a service bus from Oracle SOA Suite to Microsoft Azure and leading integration design and architecture efforts. Hastings also held positions as a senior analyst programmer in business systems, working on the implementation of the SITS student administration system, and designing bespoke applications using Oracle technologies. Earlier career experiences include senior analyst programmer roles at Brit Insurance, Standard Bank, and a graduate trainee position at Banco Santander, where impactful contributions included web application development and database applications for finance systems. Hastings holds a BSc Hons in Business Studies from Swansea University.
