Aymane Haddouzi has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Floor Manager at The Alinea Group since August 2022 and as Head of Wine at La Banchina since August 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Head Sommelier at Restaurant Koan, Assistant Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Jordnær, and positions as Chef de Rang and Sommelier at Atelier Joël Robuchon Paris Étoile and Chef de Rang at Fera at Claridge’s. Aymane began a professional journey in the sector at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester and Guy Savoy, where foundational skills were developed. Aymane holds a bac professionnel degree in hospitality and restaurant management from Lycée Hotelier Jean Rose.
