Natalie Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie is currently working as the Director of Partners and Accounts at The Algorithm People since April 2020. Prior to this, Natalie served as a Strategic Account Manager - Energy Solutions at EDF (UK) from August 2019 to April 2020, specializing in decarbonizing transport with EV and Hydrogen solutions for businesses. From April 2017 to April 2020, they held the position of Key Account & Innovation Director at Trakm8, managing key customer accounts and driving innovation proposals for new revenue streams. Natalie also has experience working at EDF Energy, where they served as a Customer Value Manager, Commercial Development Manager, Home Solutions Product Development Manager, and Partnership & Affinity Manager from 2008 to 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for developing strategies, driving innovation, managing partnerships, and delivering new revenue streams.

Natalie Hughes pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology, General from the University of Greenwich from 1995 to 1999.
