Riley Barrow has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2013 to 2015, Riley worked as a Ski Concierge for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2015, Riley began working as a QA Data Specialist for DraftCrunch and a Risk Analyst, Risk & Payments Operations for Facebook. From 2017 to 2019, Riley worked as a Marketplace Operations Analyst for Yardi, and from 2019 to 2022, Riley worked as a Data Analyst, Global Marketing Solutions for Meta. Currently, Riley is a Senior Manager, Data Operations for aifleet.

Riley Barrow attended Episcopal High School from 2006 to 2009, followed by the University of South Carolina from 2009 to 2013 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - International Relations. In 2018, Riley completed a Data Analytics Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Riley obtained a Tableau Site Administrator certification from Tableau Software in May 2020 and an Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google in 2019.
