Ricardo Fernandes is an experienced professional in Agile methodology, currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at Mercedes-Benz.io since November 2021. In addition to this role, Ricardo is involved as an Advocate, Talent Champion in Agility, Agile Coaching COP Lead, Trainer, Interview Support for Agility, People Promoter, and Enablement Coach in Agility. Since July 2023, Ricardo has been the Founder of Growing Centuries, and has also taken leadership positions as President of the Association Genuine Fortune and Agile Enterprise Coach at TEKEVER. With a rich background in Agile coaching, training, and consulting at organizations like The Agile Company, Scopphu, Defined.ai, and Nokia, Ricardo has contributed to Agile transformations, team mentoring, and the establishment of Lean-Agile practices. Furthermore, as an Invited Teacher at NOVA School of Science and Technology, Ricardo has imparted knowledge in Agile Project Management, showcasing a strong educational foundation with degrees in mathematics, computer information systems, and artificial intelligence from esteemed institutions.
