Bryan Shaffer is a seasoned professional in franchise sales and strategic growth within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Franchise Sales at The Agency RE since September 2022, Bryan previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at Oxford Property Group and Vice President of Expansion for the Americas at Engel & Völkers. With a notable track record at CENTURY 21®, Bryan contributed as both Marketing Director and Director of Business Consulting, where responsibilities included influencing agents, enhancing business partnerships, and leading training initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing a significant portfolio at Realogy Corporation as National Account Director and driving interactive marketing solutions at CENTURY 21 Real Estate, LLC. Bryan holds a BA in English & Communications from Montclair State University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
