Charles Laing is a seasoned aerospace professional currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at The Aerospace Corporation since September 2023. Previously, Laing held significant roles including Systems Engineer at Apogee Integration, LLC, and Program Manager for the Tactical Defense Space Reconnaissance Program at the National Reconnaissance Office, where innovative technology development for national intelligence was emphasized.
