Alayna Starrett, CSP, aPHR, is a Business Development Specialist at The Advance Group Staffing since February 2016, where responsibilities include identifying and generating new business in the Northwest Ohio region through various sales activities focused on manufacturing and light industrial support. Prior to this role, Alayna served as a Staffing Specialist at ITT Technical Institute, and held positions as an Admissions Representative at Woodforest National Bank and an Assistant Branch Manager. Alayna obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati between 2005 and 2009.
