Bobbi Jo Lucas is an experienced banking professional, currently serving as the SVP, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Adirondack Trust Company since April 2022. Prior to this role, Bobbi Jo held the position of Vice President, Senior Banking Advisor at PNC Private Bank from May 2021 to April 2022. From October 2006 to November 2020, Bobbi Jo was the Head of Retail Banking at Fifth Third Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing Regional Management teams and 82 Financial Centers while ensuring financial performance and employee engagement. Earlier in Bobbi Jo's career, a diverse range of roles at Chase Bank, including District Manager, Branch Manager, Personal Banker, and Mortgage Loan Officer, spanned from February 1991 to October 2006. Bobbi Jo is also a graduate of Baker College of Flint, the Center for Banking Education, and Kaplan University.
