Véronique Rodoni is the Group SVP of Human Resources at Akka Technologies. Véronique has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, with a focus on operational HR matters.

Rodoni began their career as an HR Business Partner at Pentair Valves & Controls. In this role, they were responsible for providing HR support to product platforms and the Valves & Controls division headquarters. Véronique then became the Head of Global HR Operations at Oerlikon, where they managed all operational HR matters for the Surface Solutions Segment.

During their time at Power Thermal Services, Rodoni served as the HR Director and Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for driving HR strategies to support business requirements for the Boiler Service Organization and Air Quality Control Systems worldwide. Véronique also oversaw the recruitment of General Managers and Senior Managers for key positions in the USA, Europe, and Asia.

At Akka Technologies, Rodoni is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for the company. Véronique has successfully implemented a number of HR initiatives that have helped Akka Technologies to attract and retain top talent.

Véronique Rodoni has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry from ENSCP - National School of Chemistry and Physics. Véronique also has a MBA from IAE Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, Paris Sorbonne University, Paris / 2003.

They work with Stéphanie Bia - Group Communications & Investor Relations Director, Kenneth Ragnvaldsen - Group SVP, North EMEA, and André Van der Toorn - Group SVP, Integration Office. Their manager is Mauro Ricci, Chairman & CEO.
