Kristel Ticzon CIPD has extensive experience in talent delivery and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Delivery Manager and Recruitment Lead at Cpl since December 2017. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant and Online Sourcing Specialist, showcasing a strong background in coordinating candidate offers and managing recruitment processes. Prior to Cpl, Kristel worked at O'Callaghan Hotels, initially as a Revenue and Reservation Intern and later as a Receptionist within group reservations, where responsibilities included managing group contracts, reservations, and agent communications. Early experience includes a role as a Food and Beverage Attendant at The Shelbourne Dublin. Kristel holds a CIPD degree in Employment Law and Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland and a degree in Tourism Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
