Daniela Seabrook serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for The Adecco Group since January 2024, leading initiatives in talent management for a prominent global talent company. Previously, Daniela held the same title at Philips from November 2019 to September 2023, focusing on health and well-being through innovation. Prior experience includes Global Head of People and Organization Development at Syngenta, where strategic initiatives included cultural evolution and performance management improvements, and Global Head of Human Resources at Straumann, overseeing HR in a turnaround situation and M&A integration. Daniela's career began at Roche and Clariant, with significant contributions in HR marketing and finance. Daniela holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of Basel.
