Joe Kubic is an accomplished public relations and brand positioning strategist, serving as CEO of The Adcom Group since January 1990. In addition to this role, Joe holds several leadership positions, including Board Member and Marketing Chair for both Destination Cleveland and the Cleveland Leadership Center, contributing strategic insight to these organizations since 2011 and 2012 respectively. As the owner of Galloping Inn since 2005, Joe operates a country getaway, while previously serving as Chairman of the Youth Development Initiative, which utilizes basketball as a mentoring model for over 100 youth in Cleveland Heights. Joe's extensive service on boards for the American Red Cross and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland further exemplifies a commitment to community engagement. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Marketing from Kent State University.
