Erica L. Panasiewicz currently serves as a Donor Relations Officer at The Action Center, where responsibilities include managing the Mountain Mover recurring gift program, coordinating new donor welcome initiatives, and overseeing in-kind gifts. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Development for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, focusing on maintaining a sustainable development program through engagement with various community stakeholders. Additionally, Erica held a receptionist position at Catholic Charities of Buffalo and worked as an associate at Panera Bread, gaining valuable customer service and time management skills. Early experience includes leadership roles with JMU Catholic Campus Ministry, fostering the growth of freshman students. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Religion from James Madison University.
