Brooke Collins has over a decade of experience in the healthcare benefits industry, currently serving as a Senior Service Account Coordinator and Senior Service Concierge Specialist at The Action Benefits Company since August 2013. In this role, Brooke collaborates with agents and members to facilitate enrollment in Medicare plans. Previous responsibilities include enrollment assistance for Group Retirees and managing service requests, as well as experience as a Customer Service Representative and Account Associate. Before returning to The Action Benefits Company, Brooke worked at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in the Cardiology Clinic and held various roles within The Action Benefits Company from 2002 to 2008, including New Business Coordinator and Rate Renewal Representative. Brooke is a graduate of Waterford Kettering High School, class of 1997.
