Tracy Lee Glenn, M.A.T. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy Lee'smost recent role was as the Senior Director of School Support at Achievement Network (ANet), where they provided leadership and guidance in improving school outcomes. Prior to that, they served as the Director of School Support- Breakthrough Results Fund at ANet.

Before joining ANet, Tracy worked at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, where they held various roles. Tracy Lee was an Action Team Coach for The Achievement Network and also served as the Campus Coordinator for the Cleveland School of the Arts.

Tracy's experience also includes working at PlayhouseSquare as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement & Education. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, outreach services, and developing partnerships with community organizations.

Tracy Lee also had a significant role as the Founding Program Director at the International House of Blues Foundation, Inc. There, they established and administered arts and cultural programs, community outreach activities, and secured funding from various organizations and foundations.

Tracy began their career as an educator at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, where they taught general education students and individuals with learning challenges. Tracy Lee actively participated in school committees and established an after-school program to promote self-esteem and wellness in young girls.

Tracy Lee Glenn, M.A.T. has a comprehensive education history. Tracy completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Kent State University from 1989 to 1994. They then pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Elementary Education, again at Kent State University, from 1997 to 1999. Tracy further enhanced their education by obtaining a Certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, which is scheduled to be completed by 2022.
