Director Of Math Content Learning at Achievement Network (ANet)

Brandi Phillips has a diverse work history in the field of education. Brandi has held various roles over the years, starting from being an 8th-grade math teacher at Prince William County Public Schools from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they worked at the Chicago Math and Science Academy as a math teacher, math department lead, and athletic director from 2008 to 2012. Brandi then joined DSST Public Schools as a math teacher and grade-level chair in 2012. In 2013, Brandi became the director of teacher development at STRIVE Preparatory Schools and later moved to Achievement Network (ANet) as the director of school support in 2015. In 2021, they became the director of mathematics at Denver Public Schools before transitioning to their current role as the director of math content learning at Achievement Network (ANet) in 2023. Throughout their career, Brandi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, instructional coaching expertise, and a commitment to improving educational outcomes in underserved communities.

Brandi Phillips obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Mathematics from Saginaw Valley State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Brandi later pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at PennWest California from 2007 to 2008. In 2012, they enrolled in Concordia University Chicago and obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, completing their studies in 2013.
