Frederica Peterson, M.A., C.P.C., MWBE is a seasoned leadership consultant and educator with extensive experience in enhancing organizational performance and team dynamics. As Founder and CEO of Frederica Peterson Consulting since February 2015, Frederica has provided strategic insights to leaders navigating complex challenges. Current roles include serving as a Senior Consultant at Impact, a Consultant for The Achieve Institute, and an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. Frederica has also contributed as a faculty member at the American Management Association and as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and additional coaching certifications, Frederica is dedicated to empowering organizations through leadership development and diversity initiatives.
