Claudiu Dekan serves as the Indirect Materials Purchasing Manager at Varroc Electronics Romania since July 2022, overseeing purchasing for European subsidiaries in Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, and contributing to supplier selection and contract negotiation for critical operations. Prior to this role, Claudiu was the Purchasing Specialist for Indirect Materials at Varroc Lighting Systems, where responsibilities included supplier selection and contract management during early production phases. Previous experience includes roles at ZF Group as an Indirect Operational Buyer, managing sourcing and maintenance agreements, and as a Sales Manager at Adress Travel, focusing on passenger transportation. Early career stages were spent in the travel industry and as a bookseller. Claudiu holds a bachelor's degree in History from West University of Timisoara and a high school diploma in History and Social Sciences from Colegiul Național Bănățean.
