Mitch Graybill's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Student Football Manager at the University of Iowa. In this role, they assisted with setting up and running individual drills for wide receivers and running backs, maintained practice and game facilities, and researched player information for upcoming games.
In 2010, Mitch joined Nationwide Insurance as a Retention Agent. Their responsibilities included making outbound calls to existing clients, offering policy reviews, and upselling additional insurance coverage.
Since 2012, Mitch has been working at The Accel Group. Mitch started as a Personal Lines Account Manager, where they developed strong relationships with clients and assisted them with their insurance needs. Mitch later became the Personal Lines Department Supervisor, overseeing the growth and development of the agency and working with account managers and specialists to provide excellent service. In 2018, Mitch became the Supervisor of Individual Solutions, managing the sales and service staff team for the Individual Solutions division. Currently, they serve as the Director of Property and Casualty Operations, overseeing the operations of service staff teams for both the Individual and Business Solutions divisions at The Accel Group.
Mitch Graybill attended the University of Iowa from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Health and Sports Studies. Mitch also has additional certifications, including the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) from the National Alliance of Insurance Agencies, Inc., obtained in October 2017. Mitch also holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification, obtained in August 2015. Finally, Mitch Graybill has a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License from the State of Iowa, obtained in July 2010.
