Med Amine Jmel, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic since October 2020, specializing in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, immunology, and vaccines. Prior to this role, Med Amine Jmel served as an assistant professor at the National Institute of Applied Science and Technology from September 2018 to August 2020, and as a scientist and visiting scientist at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on enzyme engineering and cellulose characterization. Additional experience includes a position as a biochemist at the Salah Azaiz Institute of Cancerology, a quality management internship at Nestle S.A., and a biochemistry internship at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis. Med Amine Jmel earned a PhD in biological engineering from INSAT between 2013 and 2017.
