Katerina Zabrodska is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in the field of psychology and educational methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of The Organizational Studies in Higher Education lab and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Psychology at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Katerina also holds the position of Associate Professor in Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. Previous roles include Evaluation Expert for The Czech Science Foundation and Assistant Professor at various Czech universities. Katerina's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and an Mgr. in Psychology from Masaryk University Brno, complemented by international experience as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Oslo.
