Sheay Diamond is an experienced marketing professional with a background in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as Delivery Lead for Marketing Projects and Email Marketing Manager at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since March 2020, Sheay has successfully managed various marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Sheay held the position of CRM & Direct Marketing Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from July 2018 to February 2020, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated in guiding a team to enhance direct conversions in the APAC market. Earlier experience at Best Western Australasia included roles as Marketing Programs Executive and Marketing Coordinator, focusing on loyalty marketing and collaboration with hotel members. Sheay also gained entry-level experience as a Reservations Coordinator at Nordic Travel, with an educational foundation consisting of an Advanced Diploma in Tourism from TAFE NSW.
