Lauren Brooker is a seasoned professional in human resources and capability development, currently serving as a People and Capability Business Partner at The AA since May 2022. Previously, Lauren held various roles at DS Smith, including Group L&D Capability Lead and Corporate Functions Talent Partner. Lauren's extensive experience at BT encompassed roles such as Global Talent, Learning and Development Manager, Technology Leadership and Learning Partner, and Tech Project Manager, alongside an early position as a Software Engineering Apprentice. Lauren began the career journey as an Instructor's Assistant at Kumon. Academic qualifications include a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Development and a degree in Information and Communication Technology from Staffordshire University.
