Ron is a 20-year plus veteran of digital and print advertising, advertising operations and publisher relations having worked in the Agency, Network and Publisher space. While at 24/7 Media Ron helped create the foundation and build the teams for both the Media Innovation Group which later went on to become Xaxis. While at 24/7 Ron managed all teams responsible for Publisher Relations, Media Strategy, Account Management, Campaign Management, and built out the programmatic team handling all margins and analytics.
When Xaxis was integrated in to GroupM and managed rate negotiations with premium partners as well as helping develop the company’s strategy on Viewability. Ron worked very closely with all the agencies within GroupM, as well as Xaxis, on campaign performance and issues as well to ensure client satisfaction and publisher revenue.
Ron has a comprehensive background in building out new teams and improving existing teams to make them more efficient and effective. He has developed many young talented employees into the future and current leaders in the space.
Over his career Ron has worked on technical projects in order to onboard, integrating and optimize the business and technical uses for the following systems: Salesforce, DFP, Moat, Integral Ad Science, Doubleverify, AppNexus Publisher AdServer (formerly Open AdStream), AppNexus SSP.
