Furthermore, Louh worked as the Marketplace Manager at pcRUSH.com, where they managed a team of back office and marketing analysts, implemented procedures for order workflow improvement, and maintained relationships with vendors. Additionally, they worked with various marketplace account managers to ensure a steady flow of orders.
Earlier in their career, Louh held positions at TeleTech and Teradyne, where they served as a team leader and team supervisor, respectively, in technical support and customer service roles.
Louh Villa L. is a college graduate who obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos from 1996-2000. They also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Additionally, Louh Villa L. has obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course from Udemy and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from DivergenZ Training and Consulting. They also hold a Professional Passer certification from the Civil Service Commission obtained in 2001.
