Kimberly Otts has been working as an Accounting Specialist II at Tennessee Housing Development Agency since January 2015. Prior to that, Kimberly held the same title at State of Tennessee since June 2000. Kimberly also worked as an Accounting Technician II at Tennessee Department of Treasury from June 2000 to January 2015. Additionally, Kimberly was a Tax Preparer at H&R Block from September 2008 to February 2011.
