Neil Burleson has extensive experience in transportation and right of way management in North Carolina, having worked for both THC, Inc. and NCDOT. Neil currently serves as the NC R/W Program Manager at THC, Inc. where Neil oversees transportation projects aimed at improving people's lives. Previously, Neil managed the NC DOT R/W program at NCDOT, handling rail, bridge, and highway projects. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
