Melanie Ebersole has a long and varied work experience. Melanie began their career in 1992 as the Owner of Baby Beginnings, a children's retail store and mail order business. In 1996, they moved to United Airlines as a Team Coordinator in Reservations. In 2000, they became the Manager of Customer Support at HealtheTech. In 2007, they took on the role of Director of Customer Support at Realty Generator by Market Leader. In 2011, they were the Chief Operations Officer at Kunversion, LLC. In 2016, they became the Chief Customer Success Officer at Inside Real Estate. In 2017, they were the Chief Operations Officer at Thanks.io. In 2018, they became the CEO and Owner of Black Bird Kreatives, LLC. Finally, in 2003, they became the CEO and Owner of Cavallo Rosso Studios, a photography business specializing in Equine photography.

Melanie Ebersole graduated from Denver Lutheran High School in 1982 with a High School Diploma in General and Art. In 1983, they attended Metropolitan State University of Denver to study German.
