Jim Browning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource management and property services, currently serving as a Senior Resourcing Business Partner at Thames Water since March 2018. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Leaders Ltd from June 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included financial management of multiple branches as Area Manager and overall branch management as Senior Branch Manager. Jim's earlier career includes serving as Administration Manager at Golden Bros in Australia from April 2000 to May 2008 and Branch Manager at Leaders Ltd, overseeing a significant lettings portfolio from May 1993 to November 1999. Jim holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Marketing from the University of the West of England, completed in 1989, and has foundational education from Monmouth School.
