Charlie Whitley, RSci, has been serving as a Laboratory Team Leader at Thames Water since July 2013, overseeing a team of analysts focusing on ICP analysis of potable and wastewaters while ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, DWTS, and MCERTS standards. Prior to this role, Charlie worked as a Laboratory Analyst, conducting sample preparation and analysis for various matrices, including clean water and soil, utilizing techniques such as ICP-MS and ICP-OES. Charlie's earlier experience includes a position as a Health Care Assistant at LloydsPharmacy from 2010 to 2013, where initial roles included sales assistance and completing HCA qualifications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree and a Foundation degree in Chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University, with studies completed between 2013 and 2018.
