Michelle Davis has extensive experience in tenancy support and housing administration, currently serving as a Tenancy Support Administrator at Thames Valley Housing Association since October 2014. In this role, Michelle provides administrative support to Tenancy Support Officers, offers telephone assistance to residents, and helps Area Managers meet KPI targets and manage administrative projects. Prior to this position, Michelle worked as a Lettings and Housing Advice Apprentice, where responsibilities included processing mutual exchanges and assisting with data entry. Previous roles include Private Leasing Officer at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, focusing on property marketing and management, and a Receptionist/Assisting Support Worker at YMCA South West, where Michelle handled phone inquiries and administrative tasks. Education includes GCSEs from Grey Court School, completed in 2006.
