Sindy D. has extensive experience in program coordination and support for children and youth with diverse needs. As the Mini Star Program Coordinator at London Mini Stars Soccer since October 2011, Sindy D. manages volunteer recruitment, community engagement, and partnership development. At Thames Valley Children's Centre, Sindy D. serves as an Instructor Therapist, focusing on program development, IBI therapy, and parent coaching. Previous roles include Events Planning Coordinator at Distinctive Details Event and Party Rentals and Employment Specialist at Leads Employment Services, where Sindy D. worked with youth with disabilities to implement skills for employment and independence.
