Anne Valadez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management, operations, and procurement within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Customer Satisfaction & Performance Director at Thales, Anne oversees the global performance and transformation of the Avionics business unit, managing significant revenue and a large workforce across multiple countries. Previous roles include COO & Security Domain Director at Thales, where Anne was responsible for P&L management and customer relationships, as well as positions in procurement at Alcatel Lucent Mexico and TCL & Alcatel.
