Sebastien Dufresne has extensive experience in the telecommunications and defense sectors, currently serving as a System Integrator and Customer Support Responsable Formateur at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since February 2017, where responsibilities include project participation in sensitive areas, technical support, and training development for international clients. Prior to this role, Dufresne held positions with ERCOM providing LTE technical support, Managed Carrier Technical Acceptance at Research In Motion, and led telecom projects and teams at firms such as SETELIA, NEC Europe Ltd, AT4 Wireless, and ST-Ericsson. Dufresne began their career with field tests and protocol investigations at Altran and gained initial experience through internships at ORANGE France Telecom. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electronique Physics and Telecom from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
