Neil Petherick possesses extensive experience in project management and operations across various industries, currently serving as a Digital Operations Solution Partner at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of PMO for Maritime Mission Systems at Thales from February 2018 to October 2022 and has consulted on strategy and operations for Longpré. Neil's background includes leadership roles such as Head of PMO for Clarks International's Global Supply Chain and Senior Manager PMO at New Look, where responsibilities spanned from business change portfolio leadership to e-commerce strategy development. Earlier career experience includes senior project management at Jaguar Cars and consultant work focused on accessible building design standards at Robert Feeney Associates. Neil holds an MSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University and a B.A. Hons in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
