Megan McLaren has extensive experience in supply chain management, having served at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since July 2011 in various leadership roles, including Manager Supply Chain Management and Project Procurement Manager. Notable achievements include managing the Joint Support Ship Procurement with multiple subcontractors, maintaining project budgets and timelines, and overseeing procurement processes to resolve issues efficiently. Megan has also played a vital role in training new employees and developing training materials to ensure smooth integration into the company. Prior to Thales, Megan worked as a Store Supervisor and Administrator at Handi-House & Solea. Megan holds an Honors Certificate in Baking Techniques from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
