Lewis Norris is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a System Engineering Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., Lewis previously held various roles at BAE Systems, including Principal Systems Engineer for Combat Systems. Lewis's tenure at Rolls-Royce included responsibilities as a Systems Design and Integration Engineer, specifically as Product System Owner for significant components of the UltraFanâ„¢ engine, as well as experience in civil aerospace engineering. Early career roles involved IT support and engineering development for aerospace projects. Lewis holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Surrey.
