Hedley Midgley MSc CEng MIET CMgr currently serves as the ILS Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., leading specialists within the Through Life Support Engineering Team since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hedley was the ILS Manager at Defence Equipment & Support, overseeing over 200 in-service projects and leading multi-skilled engineers from May 2022 to April 2023. From 1998 to May 2022, Hedley held various positions within the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, including Officer Commanding 4 Regt RA Wksp, Engineering Operations Officer, and senior roles focused on equipment support and training in vehicle mechanics. Hedley's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering for Defence Capability from Cranfield University and leadership training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
