Giovanni Mannocchi has a diverse work experience starting in 2002 as a Scientific Assistant at Technische Universität München. In 2003, they joined Thales Alenia Space as a Project Manager and later progressed to roles such as Head of the Product Line "Active Antenna Electronics," Head of RF Products Design, Development & Analysis, and currently holds the position of Head of R&D, Innovation, and Product Policy.

Giovanni Mannocchi completed their education with a Ph. D. in Electronic Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Ingegneria elettrica ed elettronica from Università degli Studi di Perugia, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
