Joris Peumans is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the HR technology sector, currently serving as CEO of Prato, a company specializing in HR software and services for staffing firms since January 1999. Joris is also the founder of geneHRations, a network aimed at fostering HR Tech entrepreneurship, and co-owner of several ventures, including Parc 51, Progreso HR software, Thalento, HR-Technologies, and Actonomy, all focused on enhancing HR processes and talent management. Additionally, Joris holds a non-executive director role at Asap HR Group and co-founded HR Tech Valley, an initiative promoting HR-centric technology solutions. Educationally, Joris holds a degree in Commercial Engineering with an Economics option in IT from Hasselt University.
