Mpho Khoza is an experienced professional currently serving as the Front Office Manager at Thaba Eco Hotel since July 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating room reservations, maximizing hotel revenue, and maintaining service quality standards. Mpho has previously held positions as a Duty Manager and Reservations Agent at the same hotel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Public Relations Assistant with Enactus Uj from February 2013 to June 2015, focusing on brand promotion and newsletter writing. Mpho holds a Bachelor of Public Administration (BA) in Humanities from the University of Johannesburg, completed in 2014, and a National Senior Certificate with a focus on Accounting from Lekazi Secondary School, obtained in 2010.
