Connie Klein has over four decades of work experience, beginning in 1978 as a Staff Accountant at Trinity Industries. Connie then moved on to S. Costanzo, Jr. in 1979 as a Staff Accountant and later became a Tax Supervisor at KPMG (Main Hurdman) in 1980. In 1983, Connie joined Carlson Restaurants, Inc. as Sr. Director - Tax.

Connie Klein attended the University of North Texas from 1975 to 1978 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
