Brinker Shell serves as the Client Services Coordinator at TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track since November 2021, overseeing more than 250 client accounts and ensuring exceptional care experiences through effective coordination and relationship building. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Receptionist at EXPRESS and a Customer Experience Leader, where managerial responsibilities encompassed store operations and customer service. Additionally, Brinker worked as a District Operations Manager at Vector Marketing, managing daily functions and conducting training, following an initial role as a Sales Representative responsible for direct client interactions and lead generation.
