Milton Caines has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as the Network and Computing Services Manager at TGen - Part of City of Hope since October 2005, where responsibilities include team building, resource management, and project oversight. Previously, Milton held positions such as Senior Systems Engineer and IT Systems Engineer, focusing on enterprise hardware and software management. Prior to TGen, Milton was the IT Manager at FALIT Information Technology Group, managing IT services for an accounting firm, and worked as a Support Technician at NOS Communications Inc., providing desktop support. Milton holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University and completed Dale Carnegie Training in 2016.
