Tomm Childs is a seasoned professional in process safety engineering with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as the Technical Lead - Process Safety at TGE Gas Engineering since December 2020, Tomm has previously held significant positions, including Senior Process Safety Engineer and Guest Lecturer in Process Safety at Queen Mary University of London. Prior experience includes a role as Process Safety Engineer at Essar, where Tomm was involved in safety reports and process safety management systems, as well as a Process Engineer at both Essar Projects Limited and National Grid, contributing to various technical and safety assessments. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
