Ugnius Simelionis has held various important positions throughout their career. Ugnius started as a Managing Partner at Frameshot.tv from November 2009 to December 2014. Ugnius then became an Investor at BetGamesTV from October 2012 to May 2015. Later on, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at TonyBet from December 2012 to November 2019. In October 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer at TGLAB, and they currently hold the position of Strategic Advisor at Strive Gaming since January 2021.

Ugnius Simelionis completed their Bachelor of Communication in Broadcast Journalism from Vilnius University in the years 1999 to 2003. Ugnius then pursued a Master's degree in Diplomacy/ International relations from the same university starting from 2003. Before their university education, Ugnius attended Šilutės Vydūno gimnazija from 1993 to 1999.
