Alison Stephenson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in compliance, regulatory standards, and management. Currently serving as a Senior Investigator at the Financial Ombudsman Service since November 2023, Alison previously held multiple roles at TFLI Ltd, including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Officer, since February 2021. From September 2012 to February 2021, Alison worked at The Co-operative Bank plc as a Regulatory Standards and Guidance Advisor and was a Branch Manager overseeing various locations in the North West. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Manager and Director of Sport-Med Chartered Physiotherapy from April 2004 to July 2012. Alison holds a BA (Honours) in Business Management from The Open University, obtained between 2016 and 2021.
