James Maxwell is an experienced Director of Photography (DP) with over two decades in the film and media industry. Since October 2007, James has worked as a DP for Hatian Nights/Dark Horse Productions, contributing to various scenes in the film "Haitian Nights." Additionally, James has served as a consultant and DP for multiple projects with the Trinity Film Coalition since 2003. With foundational skills developed at Milieu Images & Sound starting in March 1999, James operates as a PreEditor, engaging in writing, producing, editing, shooting, lighting, gathering audio, and location scouting for an array of media projects. James has also worked freelancing since 1990 and held various roles, such as assistant with Les Brown in 2010, producer at MOSES from 2006 to 2009, and cam operator at TVS Solutions from 2001 to 2009. Academically, James holds a BSc in Public Relations and Language from Eastern Michigan University, after graduating from Mumford High School between 1970 and 1976.
